Studio Policies

At The Alchemical Estie, every appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. These policies help me protect that time while creating a smooth, respectful experience for every client. Please review them before booking.

Cancellations + Rescheduling

Life happens, and I completely understand that plans sometimes change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment before future appointments can be reserved.

No-Shows

An appointment is considered a no-show when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and has not contacted me to cancel.

No-shows may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, I will always do my best to accommodate you; however, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client’s reserved time.

Your original service price will still apply.

If there is not enough time remaining to safely or effectively perform your treatment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.

Card on File + Payment

A valid payment method may be required to reserve and maintain appointments through the online booking system.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to The Alchemical Estie’s cancellation, no-show and payment policies.

Treatment Eligibility + Health Information

Your safety comes first.

Please disclose all relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, recent procedures, prescription skincare products and changes to your health before treatment.

Certain treatments may need to be modified, postponed or declined when a contraindication is present.

Advanced + Corrective Treatments

Services such as chemical peels, microneedling and other corrective treatments may require consultation, preparation, aftercare and/or additional consent forms.

Not every treatment is appropriate for every client or every skin condition. I reserve the right to recommend an alternative treatment or postpone a service when necessary for your safety.

Results

Skin is individual, and results vary from person to person.

While treatments and home-care recommendations are selected with your skin goals in mind, specific outcomes or timelines cannot be guaranteed. Corrective concerns often require consistency, appropriate home care and a series of treatments.

Packages + Treatment Series

Packages and corrective treatment series are intended for the individual client who purchased them and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Package pricing, expiration periods, scheduling requirements and other terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Missed or late-cancelled appointments may affect treatment-series scheduling and may be subject to the studio’s cancellation policy.

Products + Service Sales

Treatment services that have already been performed are non-refundable.

Please contact me promptly if you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following a treatment so I can appropriately guide you.

Retail product return or exchange eligibility will depend on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the return.

Respect + Right to Refuse Service

The Alchemical Estie is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and comfortable environment.

I reserve the right to discontinue or decline a treatment when necessary due to contraindications, inappropriate behavior, safety concerns or circumstances that prevent me from providing a service responsibly.
